Uff Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Third Fork Labs LLC ("Third Fork Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use the Uff mobile application and related services.

When you create an account, we collect identifying details such as email address and account profile information (for example, display name).

2.2 Activity and Fitness Information

When you use Uff to track workouts, we process data such as activity type, timestamps, distance, duration, route points, split data, and activity photos you upload.

2.3 Device and Technical Information

We process technical metadata needed to operate the service, including device type, app version, and diagnostic telemetry.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide and maintain core app functionality.
• Sync your account and activity data across sessions.
• Deliver social features (for example, profile visibility and follow flows).
• Detect abuse, enforce limits, and protect service integrity.
• Improve product reliability, safety, and performance.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information:

We retain account and activity information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce terms. You can request deletion of your account subject to applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure.

Uff is not intended for children under 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

9. International Transfers and Hosting

Personal information is processed on servers located in the United States (AWS US East, Northern Virginia). If you access the service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States for processing. We apply safeguards required by applicable law for international transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels.
