Uff Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Uff mobile application and related services, operated by Third Fork Labs LLC ("Third Fork Labs", "we", "us"). By using Uff, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be legally permitted to use the service where you live. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with service operation or abuse rate limits.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

4. User Content and Activity Data

You retain rights to content you provide, including activity metadata and photos. You grant Third Fork Labs a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service according to your settings.

5. Privacy

Your use of Uff is also subject to the Uff Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal information.

6. Third-Party Services

Uff may interoperate with third-party services (for example, authentication or storage providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

7. Service Availability and Changes

Uff is provided on an evolving basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including to maintain safety, security, or compliance.

8. Disclaimers

Uff is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Uff is not medical advice and should not be relied on for emergency decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Third Fork Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using Uff and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.
